Thank you, Not Just Travel Bob Grace for arranging a short break in Paris to celebrate my 60th birthday. The elegant Hotel Claridge, just off the Champs Elysees, was a great location to visit the many attractions; Eiffel tower, Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame and the Moulin Rouge, with it being so close to the Paris Metro. The flight times were perfect, and the taxi transfers arrived promptly on time. Your personal care and attention to detail has made this a trip that my partner and myself will never forget.

After COVID struck, he was very pro-active in helping us to gain full refunds, even for bookings that were non-refundable! Dear Bob,

When you outsource a task to anyone you need to know that you are safe in their hands. I can definitely say that we felt safe in your hands when booking our trip to Greece, you gave us some useful advise to watch a TV programme all about Greece that we did not know was on and also gave us some suggestions of hotel to look at, without us having to trawl the World Wide Web to find them.

Then Covid-19 lock down started and like many we were concerned that we would loose our holiday and this was disappointing but you explained what the travel industry was doing, and kept us informed on our holiday and when it came to being able to book for 2021 you made us aware and also sent us some new suggestions as the hotel we had decided upon for 2020 was no longer available for 2021.

We made a further choice and you dealt with the booking and informed us of what we needed to do for now and when our next action point was.
